Top 5 Place to Live in KL Sentral

St Regis Residences

Only the ultra-wealthy can afford this hotel apartment, which is another development only the ultra-wealthy can afford. The St Regis Residences are located above the hotel rooms downstairs, and tenants have full access to all of the hotel's in-house services and amenities available to hotel guests. A 24-hour concierge, a 24-hour front desk, and even doormen are among the amenities available. The units are also fully outfitted with luxurious furniture comparable to those found in a 6-star hotel. But how much does such opulence cost? You can expect to pay over RM7,500 per month for an 820 sft studio unit and even more than RM35,000 per month for a four-bedroom property! St Regis Residences is the place to be if you have the means and a taste for the finer things in life.

Dua Sentral

This lesser-known complex, which was previously managed by Best Western, has all of the facilities you'd expect from a premium development that can compete with the likes of Sentral Residences. The serviced home features an infinity pool (the only other property in the region with one, aside from Sentral Residences), concierge services, a spa and wellness centre, business centres and seminar rooms, a launderette and convenience shop, as well as a variety of restaurants and cafes.

The units here range in size from small one-bedroom condos of roughly 600 square feet to large two-bedroom ones of up to 1000 square feet. The best aspect about this construction is that you won't have to spend anything close to what you'd pay at the St Regis or Sentral Residences for such grandeur – the rental costs here are incredible, starting at RM2,800 for a completely furnished 2-bedroom unit measuring 1000 sft! This development provides the luxury of a high-class dwelling in Sentral for a fraction of the cost of much older flats, which pale in comparison to the grandeur on offer here, earning it our Top Pick for the greatest location to live in KL Sentral.

Sentral Suit

The Sentral Suites is a leasehold serviced apartment in Kuala Lumpur's KL Sentral district. This is a strata property for commercial use. A home at Sentral Suites KL Sentral is a world of convenience, as it is surrounded by numerous well-known amenities. This includes everything from retail to banking institutions, restaurants to educational institutions, and medical centres to public transit. Sentral Suites is also connected to the rest of the city by a network of roads and motorways.

KL Sentral Suites is a magnificent residential condominium sanctuary comprised of three 43-story towers, each with only 1,434 units ranging in size from 650 square feet to 1,166 square feet. Sentral Suites start at RM750K, which is a very reasonable pricing for a property in such a prominent location as KL Sentral.

The dual-key flats are appealing because they provide an option to live and earn money by renting out the suite. There are also 3 Room units with adequate room and a distinctive layout to consider for individuals who prefer an apartment to themselves.Sentral Suites offers sufficiently sized apartments at a fair value in Kuala Lumpur's top neighbourhoods, where space is at a premium.

633 Residency

633 Residency is a newer development, having opened roughly ten years ago, and is located on the east side of Brickfields, further away from Little India than The Pines and Palm Court. It is more remote and overlooks the Klang River, which isn't ideal because the Klang River emits some foul scents during the wet season. However, staying on upper floors may help you avoid this issue.

The condo does have another tiny disadvantage in that it is located near the monorail line's train tracks, which results in some noise pollution on a regular basis throughout the day. This can be remedied if you can find a unit that has had some sound proofing work done by the previous owner. The units are not as cheap as you might expect, but they are newer than some of the other complexes described above, ranging from RM2,500 per month for one bedroom studio units of roughly 800 sft to RM4,000 per month for bigger three bedroom units.

This following development is also a high-end luxury development that was completed in late 2016. The apartment is located next to the 6-star St Regis Residences and features all of the luxury amenities you'd expect, as well as a salt-water infinity pool, a steam room, and a sky lounge.

The vistas from the facility decks are one of the things that really sticks out here. The majority of the amenities here have a 360o panoramic perspective, allowing you to see everything around you, including the stunning KL skyline.

This isn't just a case of being luxurious because of its location; it's a really high-end hotel that stands out on its own. These homes also come with a hefty price tag: RM4,500 per month for a two-bedroom unit with roughly 1000 square feet, and upwards of RM5,500 per month for three or more bedrooms.
